SPELLING EDITED Z-1. WATCHTOWER JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES TRUTH! I will state what the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society teaches in their publications as the TRUTH when and only when what the Jehovah’s Witnesses teach agrees with what the Bible ITSELF teaches. I will first list these truths by number and then come back to each of these numbered truths with supporting Scripture. TRUTH #1. Jesus is the SON OF Almighty God the Father. TRUTH #2. Jesus is NOT ALMIGHTY God Himself. TRUTH #3. Jesus had a BEGINNING and thus Jesus is God’s SON and NOT Almighty God HIMSELF. TRUTH #4.
Almighty God is NOT a Trinity God made up of three different persons in the one God. Thus the doctrine of the Trinity is NOT SOUND Biblical teaching.
Now as I said in the introduction, I will prove from the Bible ITSELF that all four of these teachings by the Jehovah’s Witnesses are sound Biblical teachings that agree with the WHOLE word of Almighty God. But before I do this I want to take a moment to speak directly to those of my readers who are Jehovah’s Witnesses and who sincerely believe that ALL TRUTH must be based upon God’s WORD, the Holy Bible, and if the Bible ITSELF proves any teaching by man to be in error then that teaching must be rejected as FALSE teaching. And that ALSO includes any and all false teachings of the Jehovah’s Witnesses as well. Now, as a Jehovah’s Witness, you are taught to believe and follow the teachings of the Watchtower Society and you KNOW that in the past they have made some ERRORS which they have corrected when those errors have been made known to them. And, according to the leaders of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, this a called PROGRESSIVE revelation means that as time goes on MORE truth is revealed, and thus, CORRECTIONS need to be made to church DOCTRINES that have ERRORS of interpretation in them. Are we all in agreement so far? Good! Now to all my Jehovah’s Witness readers, I do not have to prove to you any of the 4 truths that I listed above because you already KNOW perfectly well that Jesus is NOT the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God who alone is the FATHER. And I do not have to prove to you that Jesus had a BEGINNING because you already KNOW perfectly well that Jesus is the FIRSTBORN of EVERY CREATURE, according to Colossians 1:15. And all of this, so far, is absolutely sound Biblical TRUTH. But as a Jehovah’s Witness, the Watchtower Society has also taught you that after Almighty God created His Son Jesus as the Word in the eternity past that it was the Son, or the created being named the Word, who created EVERYTHING else that is created. Now here is where I myself must disagree with this teaching of the Watchtower Society because this teaching that Jesus had his BEGINNING in the eternity past and that Jesus created all things are NOT a SOUND Biblical teachings. And here is WHY these particular Watchtower teachings do NOT agree with the WHOLE word of Almighty God Himself. Please read Isaiah 44:24 out of ANY translation of the Bible. Isaiah 44:24. “Thus says the LORD, (Or thus says the one true and only Almighty God whose name is YHWH) your redeemer, and he that formed you from the womb, I am the LORD (YHWH) that MAKES ALL THINGS; that stretches forth the heavens ALONE; that spreads abroad the earth BY MYSELF;” Here is Isaiah 44:2 from the New World Translation.
“This is what Jehovah says, your Repurchaser,+Who formed you since you were in the womb:“I am Jehovah, who made EVERYTHING.I stretched out the heavens BY MYSELF,+And I spread out the earth.+Who was WITH ME?”
Obviously, NO ONE was WITH Jehovah when He alone and by himself made EVERYTHING that is made. You can NOT be ALONE and by yourself, IF SO BE someone else is there with you. In other words, the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us that the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God YHWH is the creator who ALONE and BY HIMSELF created ALL THINGS. And this sound Biblical TRUTH proves beyond any shadow of a doubt that this particular Watchtower teaching that Jesus created everything else is FALSE teaching. And it is a teaching which the LEADERS of the Jehovah’s Witnesses will not correct until YOU expose their error to them. For more verses that prove that Jesus is NOT the creator please read the study “EPHESIANS 3:9-11 DID JESUS CREATE ALL THINGS?” And if you want to know and understand the true sound Biblical meaning of Colossians 1:15-17 where Jesus is called the FIRSTBORN of EVERY CREATURE please read the study “COLOSSIANS 1:15-17 WHO CREATED ALL THINGS?” So all I am saying is are YOU going to ignore the TRUTH of Almighty God Himself to continue to believe the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society OVER the very word of your creator who alone is the ONE TRUE and only Almighty God? You have a brain to THINK for YOURSELF and God will hold YOU accountable for hiding the TRUTH by keeping it to yourself. SHARE this TRUTH with your family and friends in your ward. Do not allow this TRUTH to be silenced by those who say that only the governing body can interpret Scripture. I mean WHO interpreted Scripture before the governing body came into existence? It was the MEMBERS of the church BODY who interpreted Scripture allowing the Holy Spirit dwelling in them to lead and guide them into all truth just as the Bible ITSELF teaches us. Please read 1 John 2:26-29 from ANY translation of the Bible.
1 John 2:26-29. “These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you. 27. But the anointing which YOU have received of him abides IN YOU, and YOU need NOT that ANY man teach you: but as the same anointing teaches you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it (Speaking of the anointing of the Holy Spirit who is DWELLING IN every true born-again believer in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior who suffered and died for their sins) has taught you, you shall abide in him. 28. And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29. If you know that he (Jesus) is righteous, you know that EVERYONE that does righteousness is born of him.”
Here is 1 John 2:26-29 from the New World Translation.
“I write you these things about those who are trying to mislead you. 27 And as for YOU, (Every true born-again Christian) the anointing that you received from him+remains in you, and YOU do not need anyone to be teaching you; but the anointing from him is teaching you about all things+ and is true and is no lie. Just as it has taught you, remain in union with him.+ 28 So now, little children, remain in union with him, so that when he is made manifest we may have freeness of speech+ and not shrink away from him in shame at his presence. 29 If you know that he is righteous, you also know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born from him.+”
In other words, there are, indeed, OTHER true born-again anointed Christians in the world other than the Jehovah’s Witnesses who desire deeply for YOU, who are a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, to see the TRUTH of the WHOLE word of God that is being KEPT from you by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society by NOT allowing you to fellowship with OTHER true born-again believers in Jesus Christ outside of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Organization. Please understand that YOU are more than welcome to come and share your faith any time in almost every other Christian church but we are NOT allowed to come and share our faith within the walls of your Kingdom Halls. In fact, YOU yourself are NOT allowed to share YOUR questions and concerns within your OWN fellowship. And more than that, you fear that if you share with your OWN family this TRUTH which you have just learned from the very word of Almighty God Himself that THEY will turn you into the elders of the church. And then the elders will have the congregation and your OWN family disfellowship you just because Almighty God Himself has given YOU some PROGRESSIVE revelation that was not known to you before. Does that seem right in the eyes of Almighty God to YOU? Think for yourself! It is right for a man-made church organization to blackmail you into staying in their organization just because you have QUESTIONS concerning what you are being taught? What MAN-made organization has the right to break up families? That is NOT what the Bible ITSELF teaches us. Please read the study “IS SHUNNING BIBLICAL?” for the sound Biblical way of how we are to treat apostates from the TRUE faith. I am NOT an apostate former Jehovah’s Witness and I have even been asked by some Jehovah’s Witnesses how I learned that Jesus is NOT the one true and only Almighty God. I simply tell them that God Himself led me to this TRUTH directly from the Bible ITSELF. According to Acts 17:10-13, this is what we as true believers in Jesus Christ are taught to do. These verses teach us that we are to SEARCH the word of God for OURSELVES to SEE if what we are being taught by any church denomination or organization is the truth of the WHOLE word of God. Please read Acts 17:10-13 from ANY translation of the Bible.
Acts 17:10-13. “And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11. These were nobler than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and SEARCHED the SCRIPTURES daily, whether those things were so. (Or whether or not those things are the TRUTH found only in the Scriptures or the Holy Bible) 12. Therefore, (Or for this very reason of proving to themselves directly from the SCRIPTURES that what they were being taught was indeed what the SCRIPTURES themselves teach) many of them believed; also of honorable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few. 13. But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached of Paul at Berea, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.” Here is Acts 17:10-13 from the New World Translation.
“Immediately by night, the brothers sent both Paul and Silas to Be·roeʹa. On arriving, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thes·sa·lo·niʹca, for they accepted the word with the greatest eagerness of mind, carefully examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so. 12 Therefore, (AFTER they PROVED for themselves by CAREFULLY EXAMINING the SCRIPTURE to see if what they were being taught was the TRUTH of the WHOLE word of Almighty God) many of them became believers, and so did quite a few of the reputable Greek women as well as some of the men. 13 But when the Jews from Thes·sa·lo·niʹca learned that the word of God was also being proclaimed by Paul in Be·roeʹa, they came there to incite and agitate the crowds.+”
Now just as these Jews from the “governing body” in the city of Thessalonica came to STIR UP the people who were RECEIVING the TRUTH you can be sure that the governing body of the Watchtower Society will send some elders and a Jehovah’s Witness apologist to STIR UP the people to have you disfellowshipped. But be of good cheer for Jesus said that you will be persecuted for the sake of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Please read Mark 10:29,30 and Matthew 10:33-39 from ANY translation of the Bible.
Mark 10:29,30. “And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that has left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's sake, 30. But he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.” Here is Mark 10:29,20 from the New World Translation.
“Jesus said: “Truly I say to you, no one has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and for the sake of the good news+ 30 who will not get 100 times more now in this period of time—houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and fields, with persecutions+—and in the coming system of things,* everlasting life.”
Now, you may lose your family, as in, your blood relatives and even maybe your wife or your husband for the sake of the TRUE Jesus and the sake of the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ but you will receive your ETERNAL family who at times will love you more than your own natural family. I know that I lost some of my family for a few years when I left the Roman Catholic Church but I knew that I did NOT leave God simply by leaving a MAN-MADE church denomination. So if your family truly loves you and the TRUTH then the TRUTH will win in the end and your family will also leave the Jehovah's Witnesses in time. But more important than having a CHURCH family that loves you there is the matter of YOUR ETERNAL LIFE that is at stake if you choose your own physical blood family over the TRUTH. Please read Matthew 10:33-39 from ANY translation of the Bible.
Matthew 10:33-39. “But whosoever shall deny me before men, him, will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. (and to DENY and NOT share the TRUTH is to deny the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ. And to hold on to what is NOT the truth of the WHOLE word of God is to dent the TRUE Jesus of the BIBLE) 34. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. (The sword is the WORD of Almighty God which is the TRUTH. And when we teach the TRUTH then those who do not have the TRUTH will persecute you, say that you are of the devil just like they did to Jesus) 35. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother-in-law. 36. And a man's foes shall be they of his OWN household. 37. He that loves father or mother more than me is NOT WORTHY me: and he that loves son or daughter more than me is NOT WORTHY of me. 38. And he that takes NOT his cross, and follows after me, is NOT WORTHY of me. 39. He that finds his life shall lose it: and he that loses his life for my sake shall find it. 40. He that receives YOU (Or whoever BELIEVES the Gospel that you share with them) receives me, (Or receives Jesus as their savior), and he that receives me (Or whosoever receives Jesus as their Lord and Savior) receives Him (Almighty God the Father Yahweh) that sent me.”
Here is Matthew 10:32-40 from the New World Translation.
“So have no fear; you are worth more than many sparrows.+ 32 “Everyone, then, who acknowledges me before men,+ I will also acknowledge him before my Father who is in the heavens.+ 33 But whoever disowns me before men, I will also disown him before my Father who is in the heavens.+ 34 Do not think I came to bring peace to the earth; I came to bring, not peace, but a sword.+ 35 For I came to cause division, with a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.+ 36 Indeed, a man’s enemies will be those of his own household. 37 Whoever has greater affection for father or mother than for me is not worthy of me, and whoever has greater affection for son or daughter than for me is not worthy of me.+ 38 And whoever does not accept his torture stake* and follow after me, is not worthy of me.+ 39 Whoever finds his soul* will lose it, and whoever loses his soul* for my sake will find it.+ 40 “Whoever receives you (Meaning that whosoever believes the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ being shared by ANY true born-again believer no matter what church denomination they are a part of so long as they are teaching the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ) receives me also, and whoever receives me receives also the One who sent me.+”
This means that if your family means MORE to you than the TRUTH, according to what the Bible ITSELF teaches, and you make the choice to keep PEACE in your family over speaking the TRUTH to them in love then you are denying the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ and thus your consequently deny the TRUE Jesus of the Holy Bible. So YOU have to decide if you are TRULY following JESUS and what Jesus teaches or are you following ONLY the teachings of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society PUBLICATIONS? I know it is not easy to overcome that FEAR that has been hammered into you over and over again and again that if you leave the Jehovah’s Witnesses you cannot be saved because ONLY the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society has the TRUTH. How do I know this FEAR? Because I too was taught that the church denomination that I grew up in was ALONE the ONE TRUE church and if I ever left the Roman Catholic Church then I could never be saved unless I came BACK to the Roman Catholic Church. And it was one of the hardest fights of faith that I ever fought. I had to CHOOSE what I saw in the Bible ITSELF over what my church denomination, the Roman Catholic Church was teaching me. And I chose the BIBLE over what ANY man-made church “denomination” teaches. That was the greatest day of my entire life because that was the day that I became a TRUE BORN-AGAIN Christian. And from that day forward my teacher of the TRUTH has become the Holy Spirit and the Holy Bible. And by the Holy Bible, I mean that I use EVERY translation of the Bible because there is not one SINGLE translation of the Bible that is without some errors in translation. But when we COMPARE all the translations of the Bible we expose those errors in church doctrine and the errors in translation as well. And I am finding a HUGE error within the Jehovah's Witnesses who do NOT truly HONOR Jesus, the SON OF Almighty God on the same level as they honor Yahweh the Father. Please read John 5:22,23.
“For the Father judges NO man, but has committed ALL judgment unto the Son: 23. That (Or so that) all men should HONOR the Son, EVEN AS they honor the Father. He that honors NOT the Son honors NOT the Father which has sent him.”
Here is John 5:22,23 from the New World Translation.
“For the Father judges no one at all, but he has entrusted all the judging to the Son,+ 23 so that all may honor the Son JUST AS they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does NOT honor the Father who sent him.”
And sadly, I myself do NOT see Jehovah's Witnesses giving PRAISE and WORSHIP to God's Son, Jesus. And it is NOT the Father who will JUDGE you on the last day. It will be Jesus the SON OF Almighty God who will judge you. So if I were you then I would come OUT from the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society Organization and start being a TRUE follower of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior bowing down and worshipping him now while there is still time before Almighty God the Father MAKES ALL mean to bow down and worship His Son, Jesus in the world to come. Now as I promised in the introduction let us go over each of the 4 truths that I listed by number at the beginning of this study so those of you, my readers and seekers of the TRUTH, who are NOT Jehovah’s Witnesses can see for yourselves directly from the Bible ITSELF that on these four points the Jehovah’s Witnesses teach the truth which is consequently also mixed with much error. I cover these other errors of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in other related studies such as, “DID JESUS DIE ON THE CROSS?”, “IS JEHOVAH GOD'S TRUE NAME?”, and “IS JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES BIBLICAL CHRISTIANITY?”. Also, please read “IS JESUS MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL?”, “HAS JESUS ALREADY RETURNED?”, “WHAT IS THE ONE TRUE CHURCH?”, and “IS SHUNNING BIBLICAL?” or is it Biblical to disfellowship a member of the body of Jesus Christ. TRUTH #1. Jesus is the SON OF Almighty God the Father.
This truth is pretty much accepted as the truth by all Christians but what some Christians may not know is WHEN did Jesus BECOME God’s Son and WHEN did Jesus become God’s, ETERNAL Son. Please read the studies “DID JESUS PRE-EXIST AS THE SON OF GOD?” and “WHEN DID JESUS BECOME GOD'S ETERNAL SON?” TRUTH #2. Jesus is NOT ALMIGHTY God Himself.
Now on this point, Christians are divided into basically three different groups of Christians in no particular order. And each of these three groups of Christians sincerely believes that they ALONE have the TRUTH on this particular subject. So which group is correct? The only way to know for sure is to read and study the Bible for YOURSELF.
#1. There are the ONENESS Pentecostals who sincerely believe and teach that Jesus is one and the self-same being as Almighty God the Father.
#2. There are the TRINITARIAN Christians who sincerely believe and teach the doctrine of the Trinity. The doctrine of the Trinity teaches that Jesus is NOT the Father and that there are THREE SEPARATE persons in the one God. The doctrine of the Trinity teaches that Jesus is God the Son, the second person of the Trinity God.
#3. There are the BIBLICAL Unitarians who sincerely believe and teach that Jesus HAD a beginning and that his beginning was at the Virgin birth. I myself by mere definition am a Biblical Unitarian but I do not associate myself with ANY church denomination even though I have been told that Biblical Unitarians are NOT a church denomination. So then which group of Christians among these three groups of Christians has the soundest Biblical teaching on THIS particular subject of Jesus not being Almighty God himself? For ME, I must say that the Biblical Unitarians have the closest teaching to what the Bible ITSELF teaches on this particular subject. You may also read the studies “IS JESUS ALMIGHTY GOD?”, “IS JESUS YAHWEH?”, “37 FACTS ABOUT JESUS BEING GOD!”, and “IS JESUS THE FATHER?”. TRUTH #3. Jesus had a BEGINNING and thus Jesus is God’s SON and NOT Almighty God HIMSELF. Again, Christians are divided as to WHEN the SON OF God came into existence as God’s Son and as to HOW Jesus PRE-EXISTED in all eternity past. And again all three groups say that they alone have the truth on this subject on the preexistence of Jesus.
#1. The Oneness believers teach that Jesus preexisted as Yahweh himself and then Yahweh himself manifest HIMSELF to become the Son but remained the fully Almighty God and thus Jesus had two nature, one divine and one human at the same time.
#2. The Trinitarians teach that Jesus preexisted as God the Son, the second person of the eternal God, and then God the Son became the Son but remained the fully Almighty God and thus Jesus had two natures, one divine and one human at the same time.
#3. The Biblical Unitarians teach what I myself teach which is that only the one true God Yahweh has always existed from all eternity past and that Jesus was brought into existence by Yahweh at the Virgin birth. Please read the study “WHAT DOES GOD INCARNATE TRULY MEAN?”, “HOW DID JESUS PREEXIST?”, “HOW DID JESUS BECOME JESUS?” and “THE DAYS OF HIS FLESH!”. TRUTH #4. God is NOT a Trinity God made up of three different persons in the one God. Thus the doctrine of the Trinity is NOT SOUND Biblical teaching.
Now, ONLY Trinitarian Christians believe in the doctrine of the Trinity. And to SOME Trinitarian Christians teach that you cannot be a TRUE Christian unless you believe the doctrine of the Trinity. So again, there is that FEAR used to CONTROL Christians to believe ONLY what the Trinitarian church denominations teach by dogmatically demanding that without believing in the doctrine of the Trinity one cannot be saved. Please show me where the Bible ITSELF teaches that in order to be saved all Christians MUST believe in the doctrine of the Trinity or they are NOT true Christians? And when cannot find any such verse of Scripture then I implore you to please read the studies “ANSWERING THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY!”. “THE DEITY OF JESUS AND THE DOCTRINE OF THE TRINITY!”, and “THE HOLY SPIRIT IS THE FATHER!” just to get you started in your seeking the TRUTH of the WHOLE word of Almighty God for yourself as Acts 17:10-13 teaches us.
