J-41. HOW TO RECEIVE THE MARK OF GOD?

WHAT IS THE MARK OF GOD?

What does it mean when the Bible says that God places a MARK on his people, or God puts a SEAL or his NAME in their forehead? What does it mean to have the NAME of Almighty God the Father written on one's forehead?

And then HOW does one receive the MARK of God? These are the questions that we will be digging into in God's word to find the SOUND BIBLICAL answer based upon the WHOLE word of God. Let us begin this study in God's word by reading Psalms 37:37.

Psalm 37:37.

“MARK the PERFECT man, and behold the UPRIGHT: for the END of that man is PEACE.”

What does it mean to be PREFECT? When we become a Christian or a BELIEVER in Jesus being the CHRIST, the ANOINTED one, who was prophesied in the Bible to come then we are saved at that moment in time. That does NOT mean that we are eternally saved and that we can never lose our salvation. But rather it means that God has forgiven us of all our past sins and He has cleansed us from all our unrighteousness, For you see when we believe that Jesus suffered and died on the cross for the SINS of all the people and that Jesus was raised from the dead after three full days and three full nights then we are CLEANSED from all our past sins and made PERFECT in the eyes of God. Being cleanse as if we had never sinned is what Jesus means when he said to be you PERFECT even as your Father in heaven is PERFECT. How can anyone be as perfect as God himself unless God himself makes us perfect in his eyes?

The Bible says that we become a NEW creature created in Jesus Christ and that the old man is passed away so that sin shall NOT have dominion over us anymore. From that point forward we as NEW creatures in Jesus Christ are to WALK in RIGHTEOUSNESS and if we fall or sin we are to repent speedily and the very moment we repent of our sins we are AGAIN made PERFECT in the eyes of Almighty God. The Bible says that God KNOWS those who are HIS.

Please read 2 Timothy 2:19.

“Nevertheless the foundation of God STANDS SURE, having THIS SEAL, The Lord KNOWS them that are HIS. And, Let every one that names the name of Christ DEPART from INIQUITY.”

So then, from this verse, we learn that the SEAL of Almighty God is the KNOWING of God who is HIS and who is NOT his and the MARK of a TRUE believer is one who DEPARTS from INIQUITY or SIN.

Almighty God also knows our HEART so having a pure heart with the RIGHT attitude or MOTIVE as to WHY we are serving God becomes a SEAL unto us as well. Please read John 6:26, 27, where Jesus exposing those who are having the WRONG motive for seeking and following Jesus.

John 6:26,27.

“Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, You seek me, NOT because you saw the miracles, but because you did EAT of the loaves, and were FILLED.

27. Labor NOT for the MEAT which perishes, but for that meat which ENDURES unto EVERLASTING LIFE, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for (Or BECAUSE) him (The pronoun “him” here can be speaking of Jesus but the context tells me that the Him here is speaking of ALL BELIEVERS who are truly seeking that meat, as in, the meat of God's word, which shall ENDURE unto ETERNAL LIFE) God the Father has SEALED.”

The meat that ENDURES unto receiving our reward of eternal life in the world to come is BELIEVING the words of Jesus under the New Covenant written in the New Testament. Please read John 6:28,29 where those seeking Jesus for the WRONG reason asked Jesus what they should DO in order to DO the WORKS of God.

John 6:28,29.

“Then said they unto him, What shall we DO, that (Or so that) we might work the works of God?

29. Jesus answered and said unto them, THIS IS the work of God, that you BELIEVE on him whom he has sent.”

In other words, Jesus is saying those who BELIEVE that Jesus is the CHRIST, the ANOINTED ONE who was SENT by the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God the Father are doing the WORK that Almighty God DESIRES them to DO.

Now, some Christians WRONGLY INTERPRET this verse to mean that we are saved by FAITH ALONE and that WORKS have NOTHING whatsoever to do with or receiving ETERNAL LIFE in the world to come.

But this is NOT what the WHOLE word of God clearly and plainly teaches us. BELIEVING in Jesus is not simply making a one-time confession of faith and one is forever saved and can in no way ever lose his or her salvation. Please read the study “IS ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED BIBLICAL?” But for now, just know that the word “BELIEVE” here is PRESENT tense, in that, we must CONTINUE to believe unto the END in order to be saved or to receive the END of our salvation which is ETERNAL LIFE in the world to come. Jesus WARNS us in Revelation 3:11 to take heed lest any man STEAL our crown of eternal life.

Revelation 3:11.

“Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which you have, that (Or so that, or in order that) NO man TAKE your crown.”

From Revelation 3:11 and many other verses in the New Testament, we can clearly see that our being SEALED does NOT mean that we can never lose our crown of eternal life. In truth, what we have right now in this present world is the PROMISE of RECEIVING eternal life in the world yet to come that is CONDITIONAL on us OBEYING the words of Jesus.

Please read John 14:15-27, which teaches us that we as BELIEVERS are given the Holy Spirit to DWELL IN us to lead us and guide us into all truth and to bring to our remembrance the teachings of Jesus.

John 14:15-27.

“IF you LOVE me, KEEP my commandments. (Speaking of the commandments of Jesus under the New Covenant written in the New Testament and NOT the Law of Moses contained in ORDINANCES)

16. And I will pray to the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever;

17. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be IN you.

18. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

19. Yet a little while, and the world sees me no more; but you see me (Or you KNOW me and TRULY BELIEVE that I am the CHRIST the SON OF the living God who suffered and died for your sin and God raised from the dead after three days and): because I LIVE, you SHALL LIFE ALSO.

20. On that day (Speaking of the day of PENTECOST when you shall be FILLED with the Holy Spirit of promise and you are SEALED with the earnest of the Holy Spirit) you shall know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.

21. He that has my commandments and KEEPS them, it is he that LOVES me: and he that loves me shall be loved of MY Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

22. Judas said unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that you will manifest yourself unto us, and not unto the world?

23. Jesus answered and said unto him, IF a man LOVE me, he will KEEP MY WORDS: and MY Father will LOVE him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. (Speaking of the INDWELLING of the Holy Spirit dwelling in ONLY BELIEVERS and if you do NOT have the Holy Spirit then you are none of his. And how we KNOW that we have the Holy Spirit DWELLING IN us is by our WORKS. Anyone can SAY that they LOVE Almighty God and his Son Jesus, but do their WORKS prove that LOVE, which they SAY that they have?)

24. He that loves me NOT keeps NOT my sayings (In other words, Christians who do NOT OBEY the words, teachings, commandments of Jesus under the New Covenant written in the New Testament are showing God and his Son that they do NOT TRULY LOVE God's Son, Jesus): and the word which you hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. (And by not truly loving Jesus, then the disobedient to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ under the New Covenant written in the New Testament are NOT loving and honoring Almighty God the Father either)

25. These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.

26. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

27. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Now please read Romans chapter 8 verses 1 through 28, which follows the teaching of Paul in Romans chapter 7 as the ANSWER to Paul's prayer crying out to God not being able to OVERCOME sin in his life. This is the KEY that God showed to ME as to HOW to overcome sin in my life taking ONE temptation at a time and not worrying about tomorrow or the next day or the day after that, but ONLY be focused on the PRESENT not looking at the past failures or the future trying of my faith. Please read the study “HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE FREE FROM SIN!” But for now, please read Romans 8:1-28.

Romans 8:1-28.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, WHO WALK NOT AFTER the FLESH, BUT AFTER the SPIRIT.

2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me FREE from the law of sin and death.

3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, WHO WALK NOT AFTER the FLESH, BUT AFTER the SPIRIT.

5. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. (So then the MARK of a true born again BELIEVER is that they WALK AFTER the SPIRIT and NOT AFTER the FLESH)

6. For (Or BECAUSE) to be carnally minded is DEATH; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9. But YOU are NOT in the flesh, but in the Spirit, IF SO BE that the Spirit of God DWELLS IN YOU. Now if any man has NOT the Spirit of Christ, he is NONE of his.

10. And IF Christ (Or if the ANOINTING of the Holy Spirit) be IN you, the body is dead because of sin (Meaning that your flesh has NO MORE DOMINION over you); but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. (Again, there are two ways of always being righteous and PERFECT in the eyes of God. First, after you are initially saved, do your best to NOT sin, but IF you do sin then repent and confess your sin quickly. For you see, if we do NOT sin then we have God’s gift of righteousness and our cleansed by the shed blood of Jesus white garment remains clean and white and there is no sin in us while we are NOT sinning. And if we do sin and we confess our sin then God is always faithful to forgive us and cleanse us from all our unrighteousness. So the very moment that we repent and confess any NEW sin after we are initially saved then we are made PERFECT once again in the eyes of God. And God's will is that we REMAIN PERFECT by either and or by both ways)

11. But IF the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead DWELL IN you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that DWELLS IN you.

12. Therefore, brethren, we ARE DEBTORS, NOT to the flesh, to live after the flesh.(In other words, we ARE indeed DEBTORS, but we are NOT debtors to our FLESH to OBEY what our flesh is begging us to do)

13. For  (Or BECAUSE)  IF YOU live AFTER the flesh, YOU SHALL DIE: but if you THROUGH the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, you shall LIVE.

14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (And if you are NOT being led by the Holy Spirit you are NOT a son or daughter of Almighty God, but rather you are a child of the DEVIL because whom you OBEY his servant you ARE.)

15. For you have not received the spirit of BONDAGE again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16. The Spirit itself (Or himself) bears witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: (The WITNESS that God places within every true believer is that NEW HEART that DESIRES to please God with their whole being seeking to walk after the Spirit by OBEYING the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit who DWELLS IN us. I encourage my readers and seekers of the TRUTH that if so be that you have that DESIRE deep within you that hates sin and you WANT to obey the Holy Spirit and NOT walk after the flesh, then you are indeed a child of God so HOLD FAST to that which you have lest you lose your crown of life.)

17. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; IF SO BE that we SUFFER with him, that we may be also glorified together. (Jesus SUFFERED temptation and overcame THROUGH the SAME Holy Spirit that NOW DWELLS IN us as believers. Jesus is our EXAMPLE that we MUST FOLLOW in order to be found worthy to eat of the tree of life in the world to come. We MUST OBEY the commandments of Almighty God in order to be given the right to eat of the tree of life in the world to come. Please see Revelation 22:14 on your own)

18. For, I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19. For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope,

21. Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.

23. And not only they but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, (Or the EARNEST of the down payment of eternal life being given LIFE within ourselves as Jesus was given immortality even as the Father has immortal life in himself) even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

24. For we are saved by HOPE: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man sees, why does he yet hope for? (Meaning that our HOPE is our YET FUTURE RESURRECTION at the second coming of Jesus which is when we who are found to be FAITHFUL to endure unto the end shall be given new IMMORTAL bodies of FLESH and BONE just like Jesus has now)

25. But if we HOPE for that we see not (Or do not yet possess), then do we with patience WAIT for it.

26. Likewise, the Spirit also helps our infirmities (Or our weaknesses, our doubts, fears, frustrations at times like Paul went through not doing what he wanted to do and doing that which he did not want to do UNTIL God revealed to him HOW to overcome any and all sin in his life): for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself (Or HIMSELF seeing that the Holy Spirit IS Almighty God the Father HIMSELF who THROUGH His Son, Jesus) makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (Speaking of groaning in the SPIRIT as the Holy Spirit himself gives us these UTTERANCES that cannot be uttered or spoken in our OWN language)

27. And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, (Meaning that Almighty God searches OUR hearts THROUGH His Son, Jesus, who THROUGH the Holy Spirit dwelling IN us knows the MIND of OUR spirit) because he makes intercession for the saints according to the WILL of God. (Now, the reason that I do not capitalize spirit in my comments is that I want to show my readers that the Holy Spirit communicates to OUR OWN spirit which knows OUR mind of the flesh. I understand that the immediate context certainly seems like the mind of the  “spirit” is the Holy Spirit making intercession which is why the translators capitalized Spirit. BUT, when we interpret this verse in the light of the whole word of God we know that it is the man, Jesus, who makes intercession for us. See Hebrews 7:25 and 1 Timothy 2:5. I understand that the immediate context certainly seems like the mind of the  “spirit” is the Holy Spirit making intercession which is why the translators capitalized Spirit. Again, my comments are to get my readers to think about the whole word of God. And to me, why would God search his own mind of his own Spirit to know his own will? The Greek word translated as intercession in verse 27 means to CONFER with the saints the WILL of Almighty God. And the Greek word in verse 26 that is translated as intercession means to intercede on BEHALF OF the saints. They are two different Greek words)

28. And we know that all things (The ALL things here is speaking of ALL these matters of UTTERANCE which we do NOT understand what we are SPEAKING as the Holy Spirit gives us these UTTERANCES in unknown tongues) work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

You see dear child of God, I myself personally believe that EVERY TRUE born again believer does indeed have the Holy Spirit dwelling in them when they FIRST believe. But this does NOT mean that every Christians has been FILLED with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in OTHER TONGUES and the Holy Spirit gives them these utterances of other tongues making intercession for them HELPING their weaknesses to OVERCOME the enemy.

If you truly want POWER in your life to overcome sin and to DO the WORKS of Jesus, then you need to be FILLED with the Holy Spirit and speak or pray in other tongues to CONTINUE to BE BEING filled with the Holy Spirit. Please read the studies “THE POWER AND THE AUTHORITY OF THE BELIEVER!” and “STIR UP THE GIFT THAT IS WITHIN YOU!”, which will teach you how to be filled with the Holy Spirit and how to REMAIN FULL of the Holy Spirit. I cannot stress enough of how many BENEFITS there are in being FILLED with the Holy Spirit and praying in other tongues consistently every day in our walk with the Lord.

This brings us to a verse that is specifically speaking of the last days when many abominations will be taking place all over the earth, but especially in the Middle East and in Jerusalem. Please read Ezekiel 9:1-7 where I my self believe in the SEALING of the 144.000 Jews of the twelve tribes of Israel spoken of in the Book of Revelation, which we will cover right after this passage of scripture in Ezekiel chapter 9.

Ezekiel 9:1-7.

“He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.

2. And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lies toward the NORTH, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar.

3. And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;

4. And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a MARK upon the FOREHEADS of the men that SIGH and that CRY for all the ABOMINATIONS that be done in the midst thereof.

5. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go you after him (Or AFTER my people who are SIGHING and CRYING for the ABOMINATIONS in the midst of them are SEALED with MY MARK on their foreheads, THEN you may go) through the city, and SMITE: let not your eye spare, neither have you pity:

6. Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come NOT NEAR ANY man upon whom is the MARK; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house. (Now, while these verses are specifically speaking of God's people, the JEWS, I do see a parallel of judgment beginning at the house of God speaking of the CHURCH. So then, the true MARK of a born-again believer is to have COMPASSION on those around us and all over the world who are suffering ABOMINATIONS at the hand of the enemy Satan, the devil. In other words, the church will be raptured before the remnant of Jews will be marked to be saved alive in their mortal bodies to go into the Millennial reign of Jesus. But that does not mean that Christians do not need to pray during the time of great tribulation for the Jews to be saved now in this present world)

7.  And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go you forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city.”

The phrase “DEFILE the HOUSE” could be speaking of the ABOMINATION of DESOLATION spoken of by the prophet Daniel where Jerusalem is surrounded by the Islamic Muslim armies slaying every Jew, Christian, and NON-Muslim in their path and then entering into their MOSQUE, the DOME of the ROCK, on the Holy Mount in Jerusalem and claiming THEIR false god ALLAH to be the highest god. There are many Christians who do NOT believe that a THIRD JEWISH TEMPLE must, without fail, be built for the man of sin to enter into  “A” literal temple of stone and exalt himself to be above the one true and only Almighty God and to blaspheme the name of Almighty God. Is not the DOME of the ROCK a temple to the MUSLIM'S? Please read the study “COULD ISLAM BE THE MARK OF THE BEAST?” and all the related studies concerning the great deception of ISLAM. Also, we are the temple of the Holy Spirit so the son of perdition could also be the TEMPLE of Satan. In other words, Satan will enter into the temple of a PERSON to posses that person to say that he is God. It may very well be Satan speaking in the temple of a man and NOT a man speaking in a literal temple of brick and mortar.

Now, let us go to the Book of Revelation and read about TWO opposite opposing MARKS, the MARK or SEAL of God and the MARK of the BEAST. Please read Revelation 7:1-8 first where we see the 144,000 Jews of the twelve tribes of Israel being SEALED to be saved ALIVE to go into the 1000 year reign of Jesus in their mortal bodies. 

According to Revelation 11:11,12 where BOTH witnesses will be caught up, it is not yet clear to me as to exactly HOW the 144,000 sealed Jews will be saved. What I mean by this is that, at FIRST, I saw BOTH witnesses, the Christians, AND the Jews being caught up at the SAME time AT the second coming of Jesus. But then, later on, the Holy Spirit showed me that Revelation 11:3-12 will have a DUAL fulfillment. In other words, there will be a rapture AT the second coming of Jesus which is the second harvest of ONLY those who are IN Jesus Christ AT his coming. And then there will be another rapture at the END of the 1000 year reign of Jesus for those who get saved DURING the Millennial reign of Jesus which will be the third and final harvest, according to 1 Corinthians 15:20-28.

 BUT it is still not perfectly clear to me if the 144,000 sealed Jews will be left down on the surface of the earth to be protected from God’s wrath. Or if the 144,000 sealed Jews will be caught up in the AIR to be protected and then when Jesus ends the war the 144,000 sealed Jews will be brought back down to the surface of the earth in their MORTAL bodies to enter into the Millennial reign of Jesus.

Revelation 7:1-8.

“And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.

2. And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

3. Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea nor the trees, TILL we have SEALED the servants of our God in their FOREHEADS.

4. And I heard the number of them which were SEALED: and there were SEALED a hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

5. Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

6. Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.

7. Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.

8. Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

Then we read in Revelation 9:4 where those who are SEALED with the SEAL of Almighty God in their foreheads shall NOT be HURT of the plagues that will come upon ONLY THOSE who have the MARK of the BEAST.

Revelation 9:1-6.

“And the FIFTH angel sounded, and I saw a STAR FALL from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (This is speaking of Satan being cast down out of the heavens or the sky where he is presently ruling as he is the god of this present world SYSTEM. Also, this is the beginning of the GREAT tribulation where the wrath of Satan is great and he uses whatever means he can to make WAR with the saints who have the testimony of Jesus and God's people Israel for 42 months or 1260 days or 3 1/2 years. Satan knows that his time will be short once he is cast down to the ground. Satan will no longer be able to HINDER our prayers during the time of the great tribulation. I believe that as soon as we pray our prayers will be answered)

2. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

3. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

4. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but ONLY those men which have NOT the SEAL of God in their foreheads. (The plagues during the 3 1/2 years of the great tribulation are NOT for the Christians and the REMNANT of Jews but rather they are for those making war with the Jews and the Christians to try and wipe God’s only two witnesses off the face of the earth. But again, I believe that this seal could very well be for the 144,000of the Remnant of the Jews because Christians are ALREADY sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise)

5. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion when he strikes a man.

6. And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.”

Christians who teach the PRE-tribulation rapture of the church wrongly teach that all the plagues in the book of Revelation will be upon ALL the people “left behind” after the rapture of the church. But you can clearly see from the passage of Scripture that we just read that there will be some people who will not suffer these plagues. Please read the studies under the heading >>>PROPHECY-THE COMING OF JESUS!<<< for all the sound Biblical reasons of why I can no longer believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the church. But for now, let us continue with this study.

And then we read in Revelation chapter 16 where the last seven plagues of the seven vials are poured out on those who have taken the MARK of the BEAST.

Revelation 16:1-21.

“And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.

2. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which HAD the MARK of the BEAST, and upon them which worshiped his image. (So then, some of the plagues are ONLY for those who HAVE the MARK of the BEAST. Now, if so be that the pre-tribulation rapture is true then not one person could be saved DURING the period of the great tribulation. For you see, the pre-tribulation view teaches that the plagues during the great tribulation will be upon EVERYONE left behind after the rapture of the church. And it that is true and this verse is true where ONLY those who HAVE the MARK of the beast will receive this plague then EVERYONE will receive the MARK of the beast. For you see, one MUST have the MARK to receive this plague. And anyone who receives the MARK of the beast cannot be saved. Please read the study “WHEN IS THE RAPTURE?”)

3. And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.

4. And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.

5. And I heard the angel of the waters say, You are righteous, O Lord, which are, and was, and shall be, because you have judged thus.

6. For they (The WICKED including all the wicked and not just the Islamic Muslim armies seeking to kill all Jews and all Christians, but all the THEY who) have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

7. And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are your judgments.

8. And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.

9. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which has power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

10. And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the SEAT of the beast (Speaking of Turkey, the seat of Satan); and his kingdom was full of darkness; and THEY (Those in SATAN'S kingdom speaking primarily of those who have the MARK of ISLAM as being the THEY who) gnawed their tongues for pain,

11. And (THEY the understood subject) blasphemed the God of heaven because of THEIR pains and THEIR sores, and repented not of THEIR deeds.

12. And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

13. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. (So this is BEFORE the SECOND coming of Jesus seeing that the beast and the false prophet have not yet been cast into the lake of fire.)

14. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. (Referring to the battle of Armageddon that will climax at the END of the great tribulation where all hope will SEEM to be lost for God's people the Jews and the Christians)

15. Behold, I come as a thief.(Or LOOK UP, for your redemption draws near because Jesus is NOT coming as a thief upon Christians who are WATCHING as a THIEF) Blessed is he that watches, and KEEPS his garments (Or keeps themselves from sin), lest he walks naked, and they (Speaking of the ANGELS of God sent by Jesus to gather together ONLY those found to BE that GOOD and FAITHFUL servant being WITHOUT SIN) see his shame.

16. And he (Jesus by sending forth his angels) gathered them (Speaking of the ELECT both faithful Christians and the 144,000 SEALED JEWS to MEET Jesus in the AIR after being gathered all) together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon. (Now the reason why I say BOTH the Christians and the 144,000 sealed remnant of the Jews is because of Revelation 11:3-12 where the two witnesses are caught up. I ALSO believe that there will be a rapture BEFORE the 1000 year reign of Jesus AND another rapture AFTER the Millennium as well. And if I am correct, then ONLY the Christians will be raptured BEFORE the 1000 year reign to Jesus and the SECOND witness will be DURING the Millennium and THEY will be a raptured at the END of the 1000 years reign of Jesus. For you see, the second rapture will take place AFTER Satan ASCENDS OUT of the bottomless pit, according to Revelation 11:7. There will be TWO wars against the saints, one BEFORE the Millennium and one AFTER the Millennium. Now, it still might be that both the Christians AND the 144,000 sealed Jews will be caught up into the AIR and then after Jesus ends the war at Armageddon, the 144,00 sealed Jews will be brought BACK DOWN to the surface of the earth to enter into the Millennium in their MORTAL bodies)

17. And the SEVENTH angel poured out his vial into the AIR (Which is basically an airstrike from Jesus and his armies against the armies that are making war against Israel at the end of days of this present world); and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. (The phrases it is done, it is finished are speaking of the MYSTERY of God the RAPTURE of the church and our change being given new immortal bodies of flesh and bone just like Jesus has now. The SEVENTH, the seventh seal, the seventh trumpet, and the seventh vial is the WRATH of Almighty God. NOT three different wrath[s] of God, but rather the ONE WRATH of God as being described in three different places in the Book of Revelation. The ONE wrath of God will be split into two halves. The first half will be right after the rapture of the church and right before the 1000 year reign of Jesus. And the second half of God’s wrath will be after the 1000 year reign of Jesus to put an end to the last war at the end of the Millennium)

18. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

19. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his WRATH.

20. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

21. And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.”

So then, ALL those who have or who will be given the SEAL of God and who are NOT DECEIVED into taking the MARK of the BEAST will be protected from the plagues during the time of great tribulation, but many Christians and many Jews will indeed be BEHEADED or KILLED for their testimony of Jesus AND for the WORD of God. Please read the study “THE TWO WITNESSES---WHO ARE THEY?” for a deeper understanding of the WHOLE word of God that the two witnesses are NOT just two individual people, but rather they are two GROUPS of people the Christians and the Jews who are the ONLY two groups of people in all the world who stand for the one true and only Almighty God.

Now, while it is true that all Christians are SEALED with the earnest of the Holy Spirit the very moment a person becomes a Christian it is NOT true that a genuine born again Christian cannot ever lose their reward of eternal life that shall only be received by those of us who OVERCOME the enemy to NOT be DECEIVED to receive the MARK of the beast, which I am thoroughly convinced is ISLAM. So I implore you to read “IS ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED BIBLICAL?” and “COULD ISLAM BE THE MARK OF THE BEAST?”

My prayer for all my brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ is for you to be thoroughly rooted and grounded in the truth of the whole word of God so that you will, without fail, endure unto the END and receive your crown of life in the world to come. For you see, Jesus said, Will I find FAITH on the earth WHEN I COME? To God be the glory now and forever AMEN. I KNOW whom I have believed in and I am PERSUADED that he is able to keep that which I have COMMITTED unto Him against the day of our Lord’s coming.
