This is a very important question that all Christians SHOULD desire to answer correctly based upon all of the evidence in the Scriptures. For you see, the Apostle Paul cautions us in 2 Corinthians 11:3,4, to NOT be deceived by Satan to CORRUPT the SIMPLICITY of Christ. 2 Corinthians 11:3.4. “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the SIMPLICITY that is in Christ. 4. For if one comes preaching ANOTHER Jesus, whom we have NOT preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have NOT received, or another gospel, which you have NOT accepted, you might well BEAR with him.” So then, we must TRY the “spirits” to see whether or not the “spirit” is of God. For you see, we all agree that the very Apostles of Jesus received the TRUE Holy Spirit of Almighty God. And every true born-again Christian has received the TRUE Holy Spirit dwelling in them. But that is NOT what Paul is talking about. What Paul means by “receiving” the spirit in this context is receiving the TEACHING of the spirit. In other words, “Have YOU RECEIVED a teaching from Satan that is NOT what the very Apostles RECEIVED from the Holy Spirit?” For you see, IF you have, then you are teaching ANOTHER gospel and ANOTHER Jesus, or a DIFFERENT Jesus that the very Apostles of Jesus teach. So then, how do we know ASSUREDLY if we are teaching the TRUE Jesus of the Bible? We COMPARE Scripture with Scripture that paints the TRUE Jesus in SIMPLICITY. Here are FIVE DIFFERENT “interpretations” as to who Jesus is according to different groups of Christians. We will consider all of the Scriptural evidence to see which Jesus FULFILLS the PROPHECIES that paint the picture of the TRUE Jesus according to the Bible ITSELF. #1. The United Pentecostal Oneness VIEW of Jesus. The United Pentecostal “THEORY” of Jesus is that Jesus is one and the self-same BEING as the ONE and ONLY TRUE God in ONE person. And thus, they teach that Jesus is the FATHER Himself having TWO natures at the SAME time DURING the days of His FLESH, one divine, and one human. #2. The Trinitarian VIEW of Jesus. The Trinitarian “THEORY” of Jesus is that Jesus is one and the self-same BEING as the ONE and ONLY TRUE God in THREE SEPARATE distinctly DIFFERENT persons. And thus, they teach that Jesus is NOT FATHER Himself. In other words, Trinitarian Christian teach that an eternal God the Son always existed as a separate person of the only true God in the eternity past WITHOUT ever having a BEGINNING. They believe that God the Son, who they call the second person of a Trinity Godhead, came down from heaven was “incarnated” to become FLESH having TWO natures at the SAME time DURING the days of His FLESH, one divine, and one human. #3. The Trinity Godhead VIEW of Jesus. The Trinity Godhead Christian “THEORY” of Jesus is that Jesus is NOT one and the self-same BEING as the ONE. But they still believe that Jesus is the ONLY TRUE God as being one of the THREE SEPARATE distinctly DIFFERENT persons in the one true God. And thus, they also teach that Jesus is NOT FATHER Himself. In other words, Trinitarian Godhead Christian teach that the Son of God was BEGOTTEN by God in the eternity past and then God created all things BY Jesus. They ALSO believe that Jesus had TWO natures at the SAME time DURING the days of his FLESH but they DIFFER from Trinitarian Christians as what having two natures at the same time means to them. They believe that the Son of God came down from heaven and was “incarnated” or manifested in the flesh still having the “divine” nature, BUT he laid aside all of his POWER and GLORY to take on the form of a SERVANT. And thus, according to them, the “pre-existing” Son of God is NOT co-equal or co-eternal with Almighty God the Father, but he is still the ONE TRUE God who is UNDER and SUBJECT to God the Father. So they believe that God is a Trinity Godhead, but NOT in the same WAY as Trinitarian Christians. #4. The GENERAL Unitarian VIEW of Jesus. All Unitarians Christians believe that the ONE TRUE God of ONE God in ONE person. But ONLY the United Pentecostal VIEW of Jesus teaches that Jesus is that ONE TRUE God in ONE person. And all OTHER Unitarian Christians believe that the Father ALONE is the ONLY TRUE God in ONE person and Jesus is the SON OF God. Now, this group of Unitarian Christians is divided into two groups of Unitarian Christians, the “general” Unitarian Christians and the “Biblical” Unitarian Christians. The MAJOR DIFFERENCE between these two groups of Christ is WHEN the Son of God came into existence. The general Unitarian “THEORY” is that the Son of God is the BEGINNING of the CREATION of God as the FIRSTBORN of every creature. And then God created all THINGS BY the Son of God. #5. The Biblical Unitarian VIEW of Jesus. The Biblical Unitarian “THEORY” is that Almighty God the Father ALONE in the ONLY TRUE God in ONE person. And their VIEW of Jesus is that Jesus did NOT pre-exist as a LITERAL separate person from Almighty God UNTIL the PROPHECY of a CHILD being BORN of a WOMAN was FULFILLED by Almighty God the Father PERFORMING His own word of PROPHECY to bring it to pass. In other words, the Son of God only existed in the mind of God at SOME point in time in the MIND and PLAN of salvation that Amighty God the Father ingenious contrived before the foundation of the world. Now, I say “at SOME point in TIME” because I am not absolutely sure that “all” Biblical Unitarian Christians believe that the “beginning” in John 1:1 is NOT the beginning in the eternity past. In other words, MANY Biblical Unitarian Christians believe that the original earth BECAME void and empty and then God “recreated” or RESTORE the earth to be habitable once again. They believe that God created His Son as a HUMAN Son made a little LOWER or inferior to the angels for a REASON. And that reason is that God will JUDGE the world, Satan, and the fallen angels BY that MAN who He ORDAINED and raised from the DEAD, according to Acts 17:29-31. And thus, all Biblical Unitarian Christians believe that the HUMAN Son of God was MADE Lord by his God and Father AFTER the cross and resurrection. Now, let us examine the EVIDENCE to see which group of Christian VIEW of Jesus FULFILLS the most PROPHECIES in the Scriptures. But first, let us examine some points to PONDER to see if they sound LOGICAL to you. Most Christians already agree that it is NOT logical to argue that a father can ALSO be a son at the SAME time. For you see, while that is true it is NOT true that the son is the SAME PERSON as the Father. So then, for MOST Christians theory #1. The United Pentecostal Oneness VIEW of Jesus is NOT the Jesus of the Bible. And thus, United Pentecostal Oneness Christians are wrongly teaching ANOTHER Jesus and ANOTHER gospel that is NOT the gospel that Paul preaches. Point #1 to PONDER. Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that the Son of God is one and the self-same person of being as the Father when it is a FACT in human nature that a son is NOT the SAME PERSON as his father? Now, while many Christians may “teach” the doctrine of the Trinity, not ALL Trinitarian Christians TRULY accept the doctrine of the Trinity as being LOGICAL in SIMPLICITY. And even Trinitarian Bible Scholars openly admit that the Trinity Godhead is a MYSTERY that cannot truly be comprehended by the human mind. And thus, they teach that Christians just have to ACCEPT that it is true by being dogmatically told that it is the ONLY view that fits the Scriptures. But THREE other groups of Christian argue that the doctrine of the Trinity is NOT the ONLY view of Jesus that FITS the Scriptures. And thus, for the remaining three groups of Christians, the “theory” of group #2, “The Trinitarian VIEW of Jesus”, is NOT the TRUE Jesus of the Bible. So then, according to ALL other non Triniatarian Christians, the Trinitarian Christians are teaching ANOTHER Jesus and ANOTHER gospel that Paul does NOT teach. They do NOT teach the SIMPLICITY of Jesus Christ, but rather, they teach a MYSTERY, a confusing Jesus even confusing to many Trinitarians Christians. Point #2 to PONDER. Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that the Son of God is the CO-ETERNAL God the Son, the second person of a Trinity Godhead who had NO BEGINNING when the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us in SIMPLICITY that the Son of God was BEGOTTEN and that he is the FIRSTBORN of every creature? Point #3 to PONDER. Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that the Son of God is CO-EQUAL with the Father in every way where neither is less than nor greater than the other when the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches is in SIMPLICITY that the Father is GREATER than Jesus? In that study I cover over 37 points to ponder on concerning Jesus being called God that do NOT describe the SAME characteristics of Almighty God the Father. Now, due to the fact that the first three points to ponder do NOT sound logical to all other Christians, three OTHER Groups of Christians were formed. But only ONE group of Christians among ALL Groups of Christians in the world today are teaching the TRUE Jesus that the Bible ITSELF teaches. So I am going to give that following points to ponder for group #3, “The Trinity Godhead VIEW of Jesus”, and group #4, “The GENERAL Unitarian VIEW of Jesus”, to PONDER and TRULY consider the possibility that their view could be wrong. Point #4 to PONDER. Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that the Son of God is the CREATOR of the entire Universe when the TRANSLATION of the King James Bible says that ALL THINGS were created BY Jesus? I mean HOW does that work in your mind LOGICALLY? THINK about what I am asking you to PONDER on! How is it LOGICAL to say that the Word in John 1:1 was a LITERAL separate person from God who TOGETHER with God created the entire Universe? How does that WORK in your mind using SIMPLE logic? Did God tell the Word what to create, and then, the Word spoke the Word to create everything that exists. Were the TWO persons called the Word? Did FIRSTBORN Word speak the second person called the Word out from his MOUTH to create everything that exists? Did the firstborn Word speak the word of PROPHECY out from his MOUTH to create all things in the entire Universe? Now IF the FIRSTBORN Word spoke the word of PROPHECY out from his MOUTH, then WHY is it WRONG to say it was NOT Almighty God the Father who spoke His word of PROPHECY out from His MOUTH? Why does it HAVE to be the FIRSTBORN Word who PROPHESIED his word of PROPHECY out from his MOUTH and it is impossible for the Father to SPEAK the word out from His MOUTH? I mean Trinity Godhead Christians and the general Unitarian Christians are actually saying. Both of these groups of Christians argue that Jesus is the Word in Jesus 1:1. And what they mean by Jesus BEING the Word is that Word is a literal separate person created BY the Father as His FIRST creation. And then the Word created everything that exists. But the Bible ITSELF says that God created all things BY Jesus Christ, according to Ephesians 2:9! But at the same time they teach that when the Word was made FLESH the Word laid aside all of his divine POWER and authority. So HOW then did Jesus Christ create everything that exists without any divine POWER of his OWN? You see, the Son of God was not given the NAME Jesus until AFTER the Word was made FLESH. Ephesians 2:9 does NOT say that the Word created all things, but rather, it says, “And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world has been hidden in God, who created all things BY Jesus Christ.” One must “INTERPRET” that saying the words “Jesus Christ” means that exact same thing as saying the word “Word”. But yet, Jesus did not become the ANOINTED by God to be called Jesus Christ until he was baptized in the River Jordan by John the Baptist. And IF Jesus is the creator of ALL things then WHO MADE the Word FLESH if the Word did all of the creating? Did the Father create the Word as His SON in the eternity past and then create the Word a SECOND time, but the second creation of the firstborn Word was the Son of God named the Word was BEGOTTEN by the Father to be made FLESH, the Son of MAN and the Son of God? In other words, they are saying that the Son of MAN in FLESH and the Son of God has no power of his OWN, which sound like the same thing to me. Is that Jesus Christ in SIMPLICITY to YOU? Point #5 to PONDER. Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that Almighty God SPOKE a PROPHECY out from His MOUTH to one day have a Son in the FUTURE if the Word was the FIRSTBORN Son of God in the eternity past? I mean WHY would God speak PROPHECIES concerning Jesus as the FULFILLMENT of those prophecies saying “I WILL BE a Father to him and he SHALL BE a Son to Me IF the Word in John 1:1 was the FIRSTBORN SON of God in the eternity past? Is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that God sent His FIRSTBORN Son who was His ONLY Son to be BEGOTTEN by God in the womb of a virgin to be BORN of a woman so that ONLY Son of God could die on the cross to be BEGOTTEN by God from the DEAD to become the FIRST BEGOTTEN from the DEAD to be DECLARED the Son of God with POWER? I mean how MANY times can a person be BEGOTTEN? The Bible ITSELF teaches that we are born once as FLESH and then we must be born-again in order to enter the kingdom of God. But how many times do the Christians in groups 3 and 4 teach that the Son of God was begotten? Let us count and see how many times they teach that the Son of God was begotten. The FIRSTBORN Word. Jesus was begotten in the eternity past, according to their “interpretation of Colossians 1:15, the FIRSTBORN of every creature. The SECOND BIRTH of the FIRSTBORN Word. The FIRSTBORN named the Word who was ONLY Son was BEGOTTEN by God the Father in the womb of the Virgin Mary to be BORN as the Son of MAN. But the Bible ITSELF teaches us in Acts 13:30-41 that God FULFILLED the PROPHECY in Psalm 2:7 at the RESURRECTION from the dead. And the Bible ITSELF also calls Jesus the FIRSTBORN from the DEAD in Colossians 1:18 just three verses right after calling Jesus the FIRSTBORN of EVERY CREATURE in verse 15. Then in Revelation 1:5 Jesus is called the FIRST BEGOTTEN from the DEAD. So that would make the Son of God to have been begotten by God THREE times. So is it LOGICAL to YOU to say that Jesus is the FIRSTBORN Son of God in the eternity past. And he was BORN AGAIN at his virgin birth so he could die on the cross. And then the BORN AGAIN Son of God was BORN AGAIN at the resurrection to be begotten by God THREE times when the Bible itself only speaks of being born of flesh FIRST and then being BORN AGAIN for the body of flesh to be made immortal flesh and bones? Well, it does NOT make sense to Biblical Unitarian Christians. And what makes sense to ME is that Jesus is the WORKMANSHIP of Yahweh the Father who ALONE is the Almighty God who Jesus himself says in the ONLY TRUE God in John 17:1-3. So why do I say that Jesus is the WORKMANSHIP of God? It is because the Bible teaches us in SIMPLICITY that everything that Jesus is and everything that Jesus has was GIVEN to him by his God and Father. #1. God PROPHESIED His Son into existence, according to Isaiah 55:3-11, by speaking His THOUGHTS as His word out from His MOUTH to accomplish what God SENT IT to accomplish. This agrees with the gospel of Luke explaining how the word was made FLESH. When the Virgin Mary believed the word of God PROPHESIED to her by the angel Gabriel she said, be it DONE according to your word, and immediately the Holy Spirit overshadowed her and the word was CONCEIVED in her womb. God SENT down His word from heaven by the angel Gabriel, and as soon as Mary BELIEVED the word of God that word was made FLESH in her womb, #2. According to John 5:22-27, Almighty God the Father COMMITTED all judgment to the Son of MAN, Jesus, BECAUSE he was the Son of MAN. #3. According to John 5:26,27, the Son of God was GIVEN eternal life to be having even as the Father has life in Himself. #4. And according to John 5:22-30, God GAVE the Son of God the AUTHORITY to execute judgment and now give eternal life to whosoever Jesus judges worthy to receive eternal life, BECAUSE he was the Son of MAN. #5. And after God GLORIFIED Jesus, the Son of God also RECEIVED from his God and Father the power and authority to SEND FORTH the Holy Spirit to baptize believers with the Holy Spirit, according to Act 2:33, John 7:38,39, and John 16:7. #6. According to John 17:2, Matthew 28:18, the Son of God was GIVEN all power AFTER the cross and resurrection. But before the cross the Son could do NOTHING of himself, according to John 5:19,30. And according to John 14:10 it was Amighty God the Father who actually did the works of healing, raising the dead, and the other miracles by DWELLING in the Son of God. #7. Again, it was AFTER the cross that Jesus was DECLARED the Son of God WITH POWER, according to Romans 1:3,4. #8. The principalities and powers were MADE subject unto the Son of God AFTER he ascended into heaven according to 1 Peter 3:22. #9. According to Hebrews 2:6-8, God CROWNED the Son of MAN after the cross. For you see, the word was made FLESH or made HUMAN which is MADE a little LOWER that the angels. And AFTER the ANOINTED Son of MAN, Jesus became obedient unto death of the cross, his God and Father CROWNED the Son of God with glory and honor. So then, God PLACED the Son of God on His throne to JOIN Him at His right hand side and SET the Son of God over the work of His hands. God PUT the world to come in subjection to him. And according to 1 Corinthians 15:22-28, Almighty God the Father will still be doing the WORK of putting all of the enemies under the feet of His Son, Jesus. #10. The Son of God INHERITED the worlds to come which God created FOR him. So the Jesus that Christians teach in groups #1-#4 do NOT teach the Jesus of the Bible. But rather, the following groups of Christians wrongly teach ANOTHER Jesus. And thus, they teach ANOTHER gospel that Paul does NOT teach. For you see, when any church denomination demands that you must believe that Jesus is Almighty God Himself in the flesh or you will remain dead in your sins then they are wrongly teaching a DIFFERENT gospel than the gospel that the Apostle Paul preached.
