D-6. Is BIBLICAL UNITARIANISM POLYTHEISM?
Some Oneness Pentecostal Christians, who teach that Jesus is one and the self-same being as the Father, wrongly accuse Trinitarian Christians of polytheism or worshiping three separate Gods. And Trinitarian Christians wrongly accuse Biblical Unitarian Christians of polytheism of worshiping two Gods, who are Almighty God the Father and his Son Jesus. But Biblical Unitarians argue that if Almighty God, the Father himself, commands us to worship his Son, then who are we to argue with Almighty God? Then the doctrine of the Trinity believing Christians argue back saying, that what they teach is one God, composed of three separate persons, but Biblical Unitarians teach TWO Gods, who are separate Gods from each other and that Jesus is not one and the selfsame God as the Father but a lesser God who is under or subject to the Father.
What does the Bible ITSELF teach us?
The simple basic definition of polytheism is the worship of more than one god. For example, in Paganism there may be a god of water, a god of air, and a god of fire and each god is worshiped or given all the glory for the element of the earth that each god is over. However, in Christianity, ALL the GLORY is given to Almighty God the FATHER, as we worship his Son, Jesus.

“And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9. WHEREFORE (Or for this very reason of the Son of man, Jesus, becoming obedient to suffer and die on the cross for the sins of the world. So that, whosoever of the ALL who BELIEVE in Jesus, as the Son of God, might be saved) God also has HIGHLY EXALTED him, and given him a NAME which is above every name: 10. That at the NAME of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, TO the GLORY OF God the Father. 12. Wherefore, (Or for this very reason of Almighty God, the Father, MAKING every knee bow down at the NAME of Jesus) my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13. For it is God which works in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. (So then, since it is the Father’s WILL and his GOOD PLEASURE for us to worship his Son Jesus, then I myself choose of my own free will to worship Jesus. This is one of the reasons why I worship BOTH the Father and his Son Jesus.) 14. Do all things without murmurings and disputing: (Now, while I may be accused of POLYTHEISM, I know in whom I have believed. And thus, I bow my knee in honor, thanksgiving, praise, and worship to the now highly exalted Son of MAN, Jesus. For to me, our Lord Jesus is WORTHY to be praised because he became obedient to do all the will of his God and Father, the one true and only Almighty God, even to die on the cross for our sins. And the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us the Jesus RECEIVED power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing after the cross and resurrection, according to Revelation 5:15. Jesus was MADE our Lord and Savior after the cross and resurrection, according to Acts 2:36. So just because Almighty God Himself CHOSE to us a MAN to become His Messiah and Lord does not make me a polytheist just because am OBEYING Yahweh to bow my knee and worship my Lord and Savior to the glory OF Almighty God the Father, according to Philippians 2:8-11. So STOP with the disputing over Biblical Unitarian Christians not being TRUE so-called Orthodox Christians just because we deny the man-made doctrine of the Trinity that took some five centuries to be forced upon Christians to believe or ELSE) 15. That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world; 16. Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither labored in vain.”
The Son of MAN, Jesus, is that word of life made to become that flesh. It was the Son of MAN named Jesus who suffered and died on the cross for the sins of all of mankind. And, therefore, whosoever, of any and ALL of mankind, who BELIEVES that the Son of man, Jesus, is the atonement for your sins might be saved. And the Bible itself teaches us that we are to honor the Son, EVEN AS we honor the Father. And if we do not have the Son, then we do not have the Father either. So then, how do we honor and worship the Father? And WHY do we worship the Father?
WHY DO WE WORSHIP THE FATHER?
If you worship Almighty God the Father out of fear and obligation alone, then you are missing the whole point of what true worship in Spirit and in truth is in the light of the whole word of Almighty God. That is how the Jews worshiped God under the Old Covenant. But Jesus said that the hour COMES and now is when the FATHER seeks to be worshiped in Spirit and in TRUTH. This teaches us that the WAY in which Yahweh, the eternal invisible Spirit, who is the Father, was worshiped in the Old Testament has CHANGED. And NOW under the New Covenant, Almighty God the Father desires to be worshiped in Spirit AND in TRUTH.

“But the hour COMES and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeks such to worship him. 24. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit AND in TRUTH.”
Now we, or I should say that I, myself, worship the Father because he is my creator and without him, I would not exist. So I am THANKFUL that my creator created me and thus I worship the Father out of thanksgiving. But I never would have truly KNOWN my heavenly Father in such a personal way without his Son Jesus and the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ. Many Jews already worshiped the true God in SPIRIT but some did not recognize the TRUTH that Jesus was their Messiah. And NOW Almighty God the Father is seeking those who will worship him in TRUTH by obeying his command to worship his SON Jesus, even as, we would worship Yahweh himself. And that is a part of the TRUE Gospel of Jesus Christ. You see, I was taught a false gospel first in the Roman Catholic Church. And thus, I did not have a personal relationship with either Jesus or the Father. I only had “religious” understanding ABOUT God, as being a Trinity Godhead or three separate distinct persons in the one Godhead. Later, I came to know Jesus as my Messiah but I still believed in the doctrine of the Trinity. But now, after coming to know Jesus as my personal savior, I had a hunger for God’s word and for the first time in my life I read the Bible for myself. It was then that I saw verses in God’s word that did not agree with what the “doctrine” of the Trinity is teaching. So, for a while, I still believed in three separate distinct persons in the one God but I could no longer believe in the “DOCTRINE” of the Trinity, which taught that Jesus was co-equal with the Father. Later, I saw that a Son must have a beginning, so I could no longer believe in the co-eternal teaching of the “doctrine” of the Trinity but I still believed in three separate persons in the one Godhead. Then the Holy Spirit revealed to me that the Godhead DWELT IN the Son of MAN, Jesus, as opposed to the Trinity, teaching that Jesus is the second person OF the Godhead. It was then that I saw in God’s word that the Bible ITSELF teaches us of only TWO separate persons and NOT three separate persons. For all the verses in the Bible on this topic, please read the study, “M-5. WHY the HOLY SPIRIT is the FATHER!”. This study will prove beyond any shadow of a doubt, that there is but ONE eternal Spirit, who is the Father. I still believed that the Son had his BEGINNING in eternity past but a beginning nonetheless. Then the Holy Spirit revealed to me that the Bible ITSELF clearly teaches us, in SIMPLICITY, that God’s Son was begotten at the Virgin birth as his FOSTER child. Please read the study called “V-21. WHAT DOES PROVERBS 8:22-31 MEAN?”. In that study, you will see that the Hebrew word “amun” translated as “brought up” also means FOSTER child. And not long after that, I saw that the Son of MAN became the ETERNAL Son of God AFTER the cross. So from that point on in my life, I became a Biblical Unitarian even though I never had even heard of such a term. At that time in my life when all of these things were revealed to me by reading the Bible for myself and talking with God asking him what these verses mean, I did not know that God was teaching these same things to others You see, at that time in my life, before the Holy Spirit became my teacher, all I was ever taught by man was the doctrine of the Trinity and that there were other Christians called Oneness Christians who wrongly believed that Jesus is the Father. And I was also taught by a man that there were “cults” like the Jehovah’s Witnesses who do not believe that Jesus is God but that Jesus is only the SON OF God. BUT I knew nothing of WHY they believe what they believe. It was around ten years later after I saw from God’s word that the doctrine of the Trinity is not a sound Biblical teaching that I came across a Biblical Unitarian website. I saw that they believed almost word for word what the Holy Spirit had taught me about Jesus. They ALSO believe that he was the HIGHLY EXALTED Son of MAN, who became a God, under his God and Father, the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God. I was filled with joy to know that there were other believers like myself. But I was also saddened to learn that Biblical Unitarians are not a church denomination. What I mean by this, is that while there are a few congregations of Biblical Unitarians who assemble together as individual groups, there is no organized structural denomination that has a tenet of faith. And thus, you may be hard pressed to find a group of Biblical Unitarians who are assembling together in your area. To say this another way, anyone can call their self a Biblical Unitarian, based on their one belief, that Jesus is not Almighty God Himself. BUT at the same time, INDIVIDUAL Christians who CALL themselves Biblical Unitarians may have a belief in a teaching that is NOT a sound Biblical teaching. In other words, the main core group of Biblical Unitarians, in general, highly DISAGREE and would NOT teach what SOME Christians, who claim that they are Biblical Unitarians believe and teach. So then, it is in that respect, as to why I was saddened. I understand why Biblical Unitarians do not want to just become another church “denomination” having a BIBLICAL tenets of faith so that they would all teach the SAME things in EVERY doctrine. For you see, in another sense, they already have become another church denomination. Except that, they have no central authority to STATE what Biblical Unitarians believe in as their TENETS of faith because they do not claim any church denomination. With that being said, I personally believe that Biblical Unitarian Christians have the closest belief to who Jesus was before the Virgin birth, to who Jesus was during the days of his flesh, and to who Jesus is NOW AFTER his glorification to become God’s eternal Son. Biblical Unitarians understand that the Father highly exalted the Son of MAN, Jesus, to rule as a God, for the Father, during the seventh 1000 year long day of Yahweh’s REST. Now, most all Christians know and understand why we worship Almighty God the Father. And many Christians worship the Son OF God because they sincerely believe that Jesus is one and the self-same being as the one true and only Almighty God. Thus, to them, they are worshiping the ONE God and not TWO Gods as those “POLYTHEIST” Biblical Unitarians. So then, WHY do Biblical Unitarians worship TWO Gods and NOT believe that they are so-called “POLYTHEISTS”?
WHY DO WE WORSHIP JESUS?
What I mean by this question is that if Jesus is NOT the ONE TRUE and ONLY ALMIGHTY God which the Bible clearly teaches, then why do we worship a God who is UNDER and SUBJECT to his God and Father? Would that not be POLYTHEISM? NO! It is not polytheism when the one true and only Almighty God HIMSELF commands us to worship His SON EVEN as we worship the Father.

“For the Father judges NO man, BUT has COMMITTED ALL JUDGMENT unto the Son: (Now the question becomes did the Father commit all judgment to his Son in eternity past? OR did the father commit all judgment to the Son of MAN after the cross? And if it was AFTER the cross, then WHY did the Father give so much authority and power to the Son of MAN?) 23. THAT (Or so that. Or in order that) all men should honor the Son, EVEN AS they honor the Father. He that honors NOT the Son honors not the Father which has sent him. (In other words, whosoever does NOT worship God’s SON, even as they worship Almighty God the Father, are NOT worshiping the Father as HE HIMSELF SEEKS them to worship him, in Spirit AND in TRUTH.) 24. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes in him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. 25. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. 26. For as the Father has life in himself; so has He GIVEN to the Son to have life in himself; (Again, the question becomes did God GIVE his Son eternal life to be having in himself in eternity past? OR did the father GIVE the Son of MAN the divine nature of IMMORTALITY to be having in himself even as the Father has always possessed immortality in himself? What does the Bible ITSELF teach us?) 27. AND has GIVEN him authority to execute judgment ALSO, BECAUSE he is the Son of MAN.”
Again, we should worship the highly exalted Son of MAN, Jesus, as our Lord and our God because he is my Savior and WITHOUT HIM I would NOT exist as one of Yahweh’s, the Father’s, NEW CREATION. Please understand that I am saying that the Son of MAN, is my Savior, in that, Jesus is the CO-CREATOR or co- WORKER WITH his God and Father to help conform us into the IMAGE OF Yahweh, the Father, to be PERFECT even as our Father in heaven is PERFECT. Therefore, I myself am THANKFUL for what the Son of MAN did for ME. I can only speak for myself as to WHY I, myself, worship Jesus. I know that Jesus was truly and fully a human being, who has been highly exalted to become a God, under his God and Father. Jesus will rule and reign FOR Yahweh in the world to come for 1000 years. And that is reason enough for me to worship a God who was MADE a God by his God under his God and Father. Especially when the Bible teaches us that Yahweh will make every knee bow to the name of Jesus and confess that he is Lord TO the GLORY OF God the Father in the world to come. My worship to Jesus comes from a heart of GRATITUDE of me being so thankful that a fellow human being would suffer and die for my sins. You see, Jesus was given a CHOICE whether to keep his life or to lay down his life for the sins of the world. Jesus did NOT have to suffer and die for our sins. But rather he chose by his own free will to suffer and die by FAITH in his God and Father’s word. I understand that the Son of MAN was created to be the IMAGE OF the invisible God to REVEAL to mankind the ONE TRUE and ONLY Almighty God the Father. Jesus said if you have seen the Son, then you have seen the FATHER but we know that Jesus is NOT the FATHER. Well, at least all of us who are not Oneness Christians know that Jesus is NOT the Father. So then, what Jesus is saying when he said if you have seen ME then you have seen the Father is that by seeing the WORKS the Son of man did, THROUGH the eternal Spirit dwelling in him, then we have seen the WORKS OF the INVISIBLE God, who alone is the Father.
Now when I say that Jesus is my Savior, I am saying what the Bible ITSELF teaches us in simplicity. And that is that the Son of MAN, Jesus, is the CO-CREATOR, or co-WORKER with the one true God. And thus, TOGETHER we are created IN Jesus Christ to become God’s NEW CREATION. And without the Son of MAN becoming obedient to do all his God and Father’s will and good pleasure, then there would be NO NEW creation of Yahweh the Father. And that is one of the reasons why Almighty God, the Father, has highly exalted the Son of MAN to become a God. Jesus was MADE Lord in order to rule and reign for the Father in the world to come for 1000 years. And Yahweh HIMSELF commands us to worship his Son, even as we worship Yahweh Himself. This was Yahweh’s PLAN and PURPOSE from before God created mankind a little LOWER or inferior to the angels, who rebelled and made war with God to take or seize by force EQUALITY with God. For all the verses in the Bible on this topic, please read the study, “Q-1. UNDERSTANDING WHY?”. Then you will see the BIG picture of WHY? God created man and the Son of MAN, Jesus, a little LOWER and inferior to the angels and then HIGHLY EXALTED the Son of MAN, Jesus, to rule over the angels and have them worship him in the world to come.
But for now please read Ephesians 1:1-14.
“Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus: 2. Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, AND from the Lord Jesus Christ. 3. Blessed be THE God and Father OF our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4. According as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5. Having predestined us unto the adoption of children by (through, by way of, by reason of, because of, for or for the sake of) Jesus Christ to himself, (In other words, Yahweh himself PURPOSED salvation to be in the Son of MAN Jesus to reconcile whosoever BELIEVES in God’s Son) according to the good pleasure of His will, (Speaking of the good pleasure and will of Almighty God the Father) 6. TO the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein he has made us to be accepted in the beloved. (Or IN his beloved Son Jesus the Christ the now highly exalted Son of MAN to the GLORY of the FATHER) 7. In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; (The Father’s grace) 8. Wherein He (Almighty God the Father) has abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence; 9. Having made known unto us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He has purposed in Himself: (In other words, this was God’s PLAN and PURPOSE before the foundation of the world, to provide his OWN Lamb to be slain for the sins of the world, so that whosoever of the ALL who BELIEVE in God’s Son might not perish but we might be granted eternal life in the world to come) 10. That (Or so that) in the dispensation of the fulness of times he (Almighty God the Father) might gather together in one ALL things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him: (The English word “things” is NOT in the original text. The LITERAL translation reads, “...THE ALL in the anointed…” which is what the context is all about. The CONTEXT is clearly speaking of SALVATION in Jesus the ANOINTED Son of man being the very PURPOSE, WILL and good pleasure of Almighty God the Father before the foundation of the world) 11. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the PURPOSE of Him (Almighty God the FATHER) who works ALL things after the counsel of His own will: (Again, the English word “things” is NOT in the original text and the LITERAL translation reads, “...OF the one THE ALL…” which is THE ALL of whosoever BELIEVES in Jesus as the atonement of their sins become ONE of the ALL who are IN, created IN, Jesus Christ as one of God’s NEW CREATIONS) 12. That WE (Speaking of THE ALL who are in Jesus Christ) should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. 13. in whom you also trusted (To become one of the ALL), after that you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that you BELIEVED, you were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14. Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.”
So then, we glorify Jesus to bring glory TO Almighty God the Father because the whole WORK was designed, planned and executed or PERFORMED by Almighty God the Father. Yahweh is the one who always performs or FULFILLS His word to bring it to pass.

“For I am the LORD (Or I am Yahweh): I will SPEAK, and the word that I shall speak shall come TO PASS; it (Yahweh’s spoken word of prophecy) shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will PERFORM it, says the Lord GOD.”
It is Yahweh, the Father, who is working in us to present us to His Son Jesus Christ.

“Being confident of this very thing, that He (Speaking of Almighty God the Father) which has begun a good work in you will PERFORM it until the day of Jesus Christ:”
Now, while Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith he was MADE to become the author of our eternal life, BY his God and Father who GAVE him all power and authority.

“ So also Christ glorified NOT himself to be made a high priest; but He who said unto him, You are my Son, TODAY have I begotten you. (In other words, it was on the very day that Almighty God the Father FULFILLED His spoken word of PROPHECY that His FIRSTBORN Son was BEGOTTEN to become God’s ETERNAL Son. For all the verses in the Bible on this topic of Jesus becoming God’s ETERNAL Son after the cross and resurrection, please read the study, “O-14. WHEN DID JESUS BECOME GOD’S ETERNAL SON?”. Then you will learn the TRUTH of the whole word of Almighty God, as to WHEN Jesus BECAME God’s ETERNAL Son.) 6. As he says (Or PROPHESIES) also in another place, You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. 7. Who (Speaking of the Son of MAN Jesus who) in the days of his FLESH, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto Him (Almighty God, his God, and Father) that was able to save (or redeem or resurrect) him from death, and was heard in that he feared; 8. Though he were a Son, (Speaking of Jesus being the MORTAL Son of MAN born of a VIRGIN having no earthly father) yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered; (The Son of MAN Jesus learned to refuse the evil and choose the good by suffering TEMPTATION in all points the same as we are tempted to sin but yet the Son of MAN, Jesus, was found to be without sin, hating evil and loving righteousness) 9. And being MADE PERFECT, he BECAME the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him; (Did you see that? It was the Son of MAN, Jesus, that was MADE PERFECT! That means that the Son of MAN, Jesus, had HELP in overcoming sin. And that help or power to overcome sin came from the Eternal Spirit, dwelling IN the Son of MAN, Jesus, to offer himself as the spotless Lamb of God. But that is not all this verse means by the Son of MAN being MADE PERFECT. It also means that the Son of MAN was GIVEN the divine nature of IMMORTALITY, to become the PERFECT IMAGE of his God and Father. Please read the study “O-13. WHAT DOES THE FIRSTBORN OF EVERY CREATURE MEAN?” for all the verses to prove what I just said) 10. Called by God to be a high priest after the order of Melchizedek. 11. Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing that you are dull of hearing. (Or seeing that SOME Christians are dull of hearing because they are not truly seeking the truth of the WHOLE word of Almighty God) 12. For when it is the time you ought to be teachers, you have the need that one teach you again which are the first principles of the oracles of God; and have become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. 13. For every one that uses milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. 14. But strong meat belongs to those who are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”
The word translated as “sense” means the organ of perception. In other words, some Christians have not exercised or trained their inner man to PERCEIVE what is of WORTH and what is NOT of worth. One of the questions I ask myself when I come across church doctrines which are opposite to each other is, what VALUE does one doctrine have OVER the other doctrine? And what HARM may one doctrine have where the other doctrine does not have? In other words, what GOOD will be accomplished by believing one doctrine over believing the other doctrine? And what HARM will be avoided for NOT believing the other doctrine! And in the case of Jesus, either being the ONE TRUE God or another God under his God and Father, there are four DIFFERENT church doctrines.
#1. The Oneness or Modalism. #2. The doctrine of the Trinity. #3. What the Jehovah’s Witnesses teach. #4. What Biblical Unitarians teach.
Now, I myself find VALUE and WORTH in the teaching of Biblical Unitarianism. You see I, myself, find strength in believing that Jesus was fully a MAN. Knowing that Jesus was ANOINTED WITH the SAME Holy Spirit that we, as believers, are ANOINTED or endued with POWER from on high increase my faith. This TRUE belief in the ANOINTING that came in the flesh of Jesus teaches my senses of perception the VALUE of believers being able to do the SAME works Jesus did THROUGH the power of the eternal Spirit, who dwelt IN him. As opposed to the VALUELESS teaching of Jesus being FULLY the Almighty God, in the flesh, as the means by which Jesus was able to do the works he did. And thus ONLY Jesus can live without sin because he was God himself. I cannot speak for others, but I was taught in the Trinitarian churches which I attended, that ONLY Jesus can live without sin. So, while I was under that kind of understanding, I could never overcome sin totally because I was wrongly taught that ONLY Jesus was able to live without sin BECAUSE he was Almighty God Himself in the flesh. So, you can see how the doctrine of the Trinity, as well as the doctrine of Oneness, can HINDER the FAITH of believers. Therefore, the Christians under those false teachings are more likely to REMAIN in the bondage of sin. And they are more likely to NOT do the works of Jesus. And the reason is that some Christians have been wrongly taught that Jesus healed the sick and overcame sin by his OWN power, as being the fully Almighty God himself. The Bible ITSELF teaches us that the Son of MAN, Jesus, was MADE to be both Lord and Christ by his God and Father.
Please read Acts 2:33-36.
“Therefore being by the right hand of God EXALTED, and having RECEIVED from the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he has shed forth this, which you now see and hear. (The Son of MAN Jesus was highly exalted by his God and Father and ALSO received all power and authority to give the Holy Spirit and eternal life to whosoever he will. So, if one does not believe in BOTH the Father AND His Son, then they will NOT receive eternal life in the world to come) 34. For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he says himself, The LORD said unto My Lord, Sit you on my right hand, 35. Until I make your foes your footstool. (In other words, Yahweh said unto His Lord to sit on His own right-hand side, to rule as His Lord for Him in the world to come UNTIL Yahweh makes all enemies His Messiah footstool. And then, when the Millennial reign of Jesus comes to an END so does the ruling as the God over the earth come to and END as well, according to 1 Corinthians 15:20-28 and Micah 4:6,8. So how can Jesus truly be Almighty God Himself in the flesh as Trinitarian Christians dogmatically demand in order to be a true Christian?) 36. Therefore, let all of the house of Israel KNOW ASSUREDLY, that God has MADE that same Jesus, whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
The Son of MAN, Jesus, was MADE the CHRIST at the baptism of Jesus and then God MADE the ANOINTED Son of MAN, Jesus, to become Lord to sit at His right hand AFTER the cross and resurrection. And Almighty God, the Father, TOGETHER WITH the highly exalted Son of Man, Jesus, will make us who believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, to become kings and priests, to rule as lords, WITH Jesus in the world to come, when Jesus will come as God’s King of kings and Lord of lords. Please read Psalm 2:1-13 which is a PROPHECY of God’s yet coming King of kings and Lord of lords, AFTER God MAKES His FIRSTBORN to become higher than the kings of the earth. And we know that this was FULFILLED in the Son of MAN, Jesus, being HIGHLY EXALTED by his God and Father and GIVEN a NAME higher than all other names. And the reason that Jesus was given a NEW name is that at the NAME of JESUS, speaking of Jesus’ NEW NAME, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord TO the glory OF the Father. And that is WHY the Apostles of Jesus always baptized in the NAME of Jesus. For you see, the NEW NAME of Jesus is Yah, which is a contraction of Yahweh our RIGHTEOUSNESS.
Psalm 2:1-12.
“Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2. The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD (Yahweh, Almighty God, the Father), AND against His ANOINTED, (Yahweh’s Messiah who he has highly exalted to be his King of kings and Lord of lords to rule for him in the world to come) saying, 3. Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. (The plural pronoun “their” is used because Yahweh the Father will come WITH his Son. And it is Yahweh’s POWER that will be WITH his King Jesus) 4. He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: (Yahweh the Father will remain in the heavens or in the orbit of the earth while) the Lord shall have them in derision. (Jesus is given the honor of executing the WRATH of Almighty God) 5. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6. Yet have I (Yahweh) set MY KING upon My holy hill of Zion. (Then Jesus reading this prophecy concerning himself will declare this degree of himself) 7. I will declare the decree: the LORD (Or Yahweh) has said unto ME, You are my Son; THIS DAY have I begotten you. (To be made my Lord and my King to rule for me in the world to come for 1000 years UNTIL I put all enemies under your feet) 8. Ask of Me (Your God and Father), and I shall GIVE you the heathen for your inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession. 9. YOU shalt break them with a rod of iron; YOU shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 10. Be wise now, therefore, O you kings: be instructed, you judges of the earth. 11. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. (Or SERVE the Aleph Tav Messiah Jesus Yahweh for I GAVE him MY own NAME, power and AUTHORITY to rule for ME for 1000 years. This Hebrew word translated as “serve or be a servant” also means “WORSHIP” Yahweh’s Lord of lords and King of kings. So how can Biblical Unitarian Christians be polytheist when Almighty God, Yahweh Himself commands us to WORSHIP, HONOR, and SERVE His Son, Jesus?) 12. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.”
So then, the REASON WHY we as Biblical Unitarians worship Jesus as a God under and subject to his God and Father is that is what the Bible ITSELF teaches us to do. We see Jesus as the visible IMAGE OF Yahweh, the Father, the INVISIBLE God. We see Jesus as being GIVEN all authority and power BECAUSE he became OBEDIENT to do all his God and Father’s WILL. And thus, we are only OBEYING the teachings of Jesus to honor him EVEN as we honor the Father. Remember that it was Almighty God Himself who PUT His own words in the mouth of His Prophet Jesus to speak to us. You see my dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus Christ, the ONLY reason as to WHY other Christians, like the Oneness Christians and the Trinitarian Christians, feel that they MUST make Jesus be the ONE TRUE God is for three main reasons.
#1. They do not truly see that the Son of man, Jesus was ANOINTED by his God and Father. #2. They do not understand what being anointed TRULY means. #3. Thus, the only way they can reconcile a MAN doing the things Jesus did is to make him to be Yahweh Himself.
And then, they give a list of things that ONLY the TRUE God can do. And thus, they wrongly conclude that Jesus must be the one true God Himself. Then, they INTIMIDATE other Christians who do not agree with what they have concluded as being ANTICHRIST. And then, they quote those antichrist verses in 1 John chapter 2 and chapter 4 and 2 John chapter 2. But when one studies those verses, in the LIGHT of the WHOLE word of God, it becomes quite clear that those verses are speaking of the ANOINTING coming in the flesh of Jesus and not that God Himself became a human being but yet remained fully the Almighty God, having TWO natures at the SAME time DURING the days of his FLESH, one divine, and one human. For all the verses in the Bible on this topic, please read the study called, “U-39. ARE THE BELIEVERS IN THE TRINITY ANTICHRIST?”. To me, I do not see being DECEIVED to be an antichrist as being an issue of salvation. In other words, I still see both Oneness Pentecostal Christians and Trinitarian Christians as being true Christians because they truly believe that Jesus died for their sins and God raised him from the dead. So even though both of those groups of Christion are antichrist they are still Christians. They are deceived Christians but they are still Christians. Now THEY on the other hand do NOT see us as Biblical Unitarian Christians as being TRUE Christians. They throw around the term “ORTHODOX” Christianity as if you are not a so-called “ORTHODOX” Christian, then you are NOT TRULY a Christian, So let us all stop accusing each other of being an antichrist, and not being a so-called “Orthodox” Christian in such a way of indirectly saying that others are NOT true born-again Christians just because they do not believe the exact same way that you believe believe who Jesus is. Also as a follow-up study, I would recommend “M-8. DID GOD CREATE ALL THINGS OUT OF NOTHING?” Also, I suggest reading “D-22. Is ORTHODOX Christianity TRUE Christianity?” You may be surprised to learn that so-called “ORTHODOX” Christianity does NOT teach the TRUE Jesus of the Bible!
